Effective March 8th all students under 18 years old, are now required
to wear a face shield for sparring, see Mrs. Harris to order.
Sparring class is part of your training. You must have at least 2 sparring
classes per month or you will not be allowed to test.
Please make sure you clock in.
WE NOW OFFER EARLY AFTER SCHOOL CLASS FROM 4:15PM TIL 5:15PM
FOR BEGINNER CLASSES ON MONDAY & WEDNESDAY.
Also Note:
Black Belt Club training is held on the 2nd Monday and 4th
Thursday of each month.
