WABUJITSU

Jujitsu / Grappling / Mixed Martial Arts / Self Defense

What It Is and What to Expect
Wabujitsu is a system of Ju-Jitsu recognized and accepted by the United States Ju-Jitsu Federation (USJJF), the National Governing Body of Ju-Jitsu in the United States for the Ju-Jitsu International Federation (JJIF).  It is a dynamic system of combat and self-defense that allows the practitioner to learn common-sense, SIMPLE and direct methods to avoid and/or survive a violent encounter.  It consists of impact techniques (such as punches and kicks), controlling techniques (such as joint locks), throwing techniques, and ground-fighting techniques.  It is presented with strategy and tactics that makes sense within a modern context.  Adult students are also taught other options of a more combative nature.
