  • For adults of all shapes, size and ages.   
  • Whether you are interest in fitness, self-defense or staying in shape we are here to help you.
  • This program is designed to relieve tension, increase stamina, lose weight, reduce stress, develop a new enthusiasm for life, gain confidence, improve coordination, get and stay in shape   
  • We train students to the best of their ability.
  • Students will learn basic Self Defense techniques
  • Tae Kwan Do
  • Ju-Jitsu and Ground fighting techniques.

TRY 2 CLASSES AT NO COST OR FURTHER OBLIGATION.
